Our Impact

Thanks to supporters like you, the Avon Foundation for Women has been improving the lives of millions of women around the world for 50 years. Much of the money we've raised has come from $5 and $10 donations. But for us, the measure of success isn't monetary. Rather, it's the very personal effect each donation has on the lives of women affected by breast cancer or domestic violence.

The Battered Women’s Justice Project is one of the few domestic violence programs in the country with demonstrated experience in building responses to domestic violence crimes committed by military personnel.

The Avon Foundation for Women awarded a $250,000 grant to Safe Horizon in August 2012 to expand its Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI) program, which provides counseling intervention services to children who have been affected by domestic violence.
