The Avon Foundation Global Advancement of Women Award recipient is the William J. Clinton Foundation, and is presented to board member Chelsea Clinton. In honor of this award, the Avon Foundation will give Partners In Health a new $100,000 grant to expand its Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment in Haiti program, launched post-earthquake by Avon as a Clinton Global Initiative commitment.
